Weird Case

Kind of weird case. It seemed to me that in some x-rays, it looks like two different mesial roots. I found 3 orifices but they all joined. Then the apex locator in the distal root was giving me readings of 18mm. Which in comparison with the other canals seemed to short. So I took an x-ray with the file going through the foramen (bottom left x-ray) and we can appreciate that the foramen is far from the tip of the root. And palatal roots are always the ‘easy’ ones but this little apical curve got me working. So a lot of 🎁🎁🎁 in this single tooth.
